3. The Auction Process

Our platform operates a “minimum unique bid” competition model:

• The winner is the participant who places the lowest bid that no other participant has placed.
• If no unique lowest bid exists, the auction will have no winner.
• All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn once placed.

5. Bidding, Wallet, and Prize Claims

Bids are placed using funds from your in-app wallet.

• Some competitions may require a non-refundable entry fee, deducted upon placing your first bid.
• New users receive a starting wallet balance upon signup.
• Additional wallet funds may be added only through authorized voucher redemptions or official top-up methods.
• All wallet transactions are final and non-refundable.

Prize Claims

• Winners must claim their prize by paying the full winning bid amount from their wallet.
• Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of the auction closing.
• Failure to claim within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Fair Play and User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bids.
• Manipulate or interfere with any part of the competition system.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.

Any such actions may lead to immediate account termination without refund or notice.

7. User Expectations and Limitations

MintPlay is an entertainment-based, skill-oriented platform — not an investment or gambling site.

• Results depend solely on player performance, strategy, and timing.
• Cash withdrawals or monetary prizes are not available.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users.
